I love working with groups of individuals or small team who really want to grow. I am happy to share several experiences that lend to many groups but seem to get the most requests for the following :
"Building the ATM" ( 3 hours) This three hour lecture goes in-depth speaking directly to sales agents who have successful business but are ready to take it to the next level. My presentation goes over advanced concepts like automation, marketing, pay per click , online marketing , Internet presence and using the world wide web to build a AUTOMATED TRANSACTION MACHINE.
"Pay Per Click" ( 1 day work shop ) This is a work shop designed for small teams or leaders of multiple departments engaging in online marketing. Strategies that will allow for both traffic and branding. Using tools and tricks, to leverage OFF line properties to deliver laser like results. Duplicating known successful models , to deliver high Return on investment. 
"Search Engine Optimization & Technology for Executives" ( Three - 1/4 day meetings)This is a 3 (1/4 day) work shop, typically intermingled with a OFF SITE meetings where I learn about your business and advise based on knowledge shared.
Many executives feel like they are held Hostage by their IT department or CTO, who seems to know so much that the technology would collapse with out him or her. THAT IS BY DESIGN, it is called position protection. Many IT professionals have out lived their shelf life and you have know clue, or you want to grow your technology or online marketing but unsure how to pull it all together and you don't want to have to count solely on someone else's opinion.
Many IT people are great at the hardware but have no clue about how to get results in the online market place. They are the most logical selection because they know more than you, but it is allot like asking a general doctor to do open heart surgery or lacik laser surgery. They are all doctors, but some have special skills and training for their specialty.
If you have an online presence or want to have one, Search Engine Optimization is a forever process. You have to manage to get to the top, and then work to stay there. It will not go away, and it will only get harder, but with a solid foundation you will allow your self longevity online.
"Culture is the Cure" Culture is often overlooked, and many times when you decide the time is right it is to late. It is often impossible to change a culture, especially if the business has grown quickly and with out any thought given culture.
"Brick 2 Click" ( 1 day ) This one day lecture is designed as a starting place for any business attempting to move into the online market place, or to improve their current position. Basic overviews, with advanced strategies outlined to give building blocks to a planing and deployment.
"Strategic Alliances" (1/2 day) This one half day is designed to move out of the box, and leverage strategic partnerships to compete and build market share. Many companies will do this willingly and be a part of the solution, at some point many companies will be part of an alliance as an act of necessity and not at will. Which will you be? Lead or follow, but the choice is near.
